We are currently looking for candidates on position of 1st level support for networks

Responsibilities:

* 24x7 Monitoring and Triage of production network elements to ensure timely resolution of network related faults and troubles
* Track incidents and outages
* Refer application, network and hardware troubles to the appropriate network teams for resolution
* Create tickets for alarming and outages
* Monitor and respond to ticket escalation from external teams
