We are currently looking for candidates on position of Network Provisioning Engineer

Responsibilities:

*Planning, consulting, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex redundant and secure multi-layer customer networks in Data Centers
*Interface with customers, vendors and internal groups to develop good relationships through the delivery of superior products/services
*Ensures performance metrics are achieved
*Proactively track order status in cooperation with the Project Implementation Manager team, research and resolve any pre-installation issues with designs as submitted
*Communicates and interacts with clients and vendors on provisioning and installation issues
*Manages escalations for hosting clients on network provisioning issues
*Resolves complex problems during critical outages as a direct result of provisioning activity
*Researches applications on various platforms and traffic flows, including gathering and planning for security requirements for network designs
*Ensures timely delivery of services
