Všeobecně požadované znalosti

We need candidates with experience in the telephone industry and the wire line network. They will be investigating service failures and the position requires an understanding of cable placement, basic switch function and an understanding of the office where the switch operates, how the transport systems work, basic engineering of the network.

No troubleshooting is involved, but there needs to be understanding of the telco network and its architecture.
Certificates are not required, position is not Cisco specific.

Candidates need to have high analytical skills and communication skills (communication accross all levels in the company).
