Náplň práce, informace o pracovním místě

- trouble shooting for legacy systems (no standard software and multiple applications)
- Clarification of unclear descriptions in tickets with end user and completes tickets
- Assist offshore programmers in understanding source code if parts of the same are in local language
- Facilitation of communication between offshore programmers and end users
- Providing translation of documentation in local language to English for internal purpose only
- Management of content of technical knowledge databases and “How to” queries
- Report on local country data on Incidents, Problems, Service requests etc.
