Arbeitsbeschreibung:
-Verarbeiten von Flugtickets im System (Kontaktieren von Kunden und Fluggesellschaften)
-Online Buchung – Verarbeiten von Reservationen
- Suchen von alternativen Flugtickets
-Kundenservice (Beantworten von Fragen, E-Mails von Kunden)
-Reporting
